Linda Ivančić: From Rijeka and Opatija straight to the catwalks — a career launched by Studio Art Design and Fashion News
Linda Ivančić became one of the most notable models to emerge from the Fashion News platform. She was among those models who, on that stage, first revealed real potential for an international career. Recognisable for her elegance, height and strong presence on the runway, Linda quickly became the face of numerous editorials and fashion shows.
Studio Art Design, her agency at the time, provided her with a visual platform, test shoots and professional presentations, while her disciplined attitude made her an ideal model for serious fashion concepts. Today, Linda is considered one of the most successful models of the Opatija generation.
A former FORD model from Croatia, she began her career and was recognised in the 1990s. She appeared on the cover of Depeche Mode (November 1992), worked for Giorgio Armani and Valentino, and walked the runway for Genny, Helmut Lang, Issey Miyake and many others.
