About
ARTISTS LEAVE AN INVISIBLE MARK IN THEIR WORK, A SPARK FROM THEIR SOUL. WHEN IT COMES TO KATJA RESTOVIĆ, I WOULD CALL HER MARK “TO COMPREHEND THE INCOMPREHENSIBLE”. SHE IS A MASTER OF IT. THAT IS THAT X FACTOR, THAT WHICH CONSUMES YOU WHEN YOU WATCH A MUSIC VIDEO, WHICH BLINDS YOU WITH ITS BEAUTY BEYOND THE VISUAL. THEN YOU JUST SAY WOW!

I shoot in a very particular way. I love it when singers or actors are wet from water or sweat. I love it when they really sing or cry while I work with them. I make them “sweat” with wind or water, putting them in strange situations. Images and words are a kind of illusion that has always been a challenge. And I like challenges… or total peace and quiet. There is no middle ground. Or rather, the middle ground is a “proper modification” of the two, because I’m sick and tired of insanity or peace in large quantities.
Working with Katja was easy, fun and enlightening. She created a wonderful music video which captured a unique essence of my song through her creative and soulful eye. She is a true professional but also a fun-loving, easy going and a highly creative spirit.
